Locker Lamps

Illuminate those textbooks! In this program, tweens make locker lamps out of LED motion sensors.

Suggested ages 11-17.

Family Fun at the Library is the 2nd Saturday of the month. It's a themed event with fun for the whole family.

WARP and WEFT

Weaving for the win! Come make two simple projects. Weave a bookmark on a cardboard loom, or weave a bracelet on a loom of drinking straws.

Suggested ages 5-10

PAWS and READ continues through SLP! Come meet Oliver, and his human, Sam, every third Tuesday of the month between 3:30-4:30pm. Read our loud to our cuddly and furry friend, no reservation needed, just come on in and enjoy the fun!

The Johnson Creek Public Library board meets at 4:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the meeting/community room of the library. This is a public meeting and all are welcome to attend.

February - Life After Life by Kate Atkinson

Did you know blood only has a 42-day shelf life? That’s why it needs to be constantly replenished for patients in need. 

Have you ever wanted to learn how to paint with watercolors? Come and enjoy a session of watercolor painting in a stress-free environment—perfect for all skill levels. This program is for adult age 18+.

Kids of all ages are welcome to come build! Come build your creation and share it with the rest of the group. Legos, Duplos, and Mega Bloks will be provided.
*Please note that this is an hour-long program.* 

Perler Bead Palooza

Get ready for a creative extravaganza! We’re bringing out design books, thousands of colorful fuse beads, and all the supplies you need to make your own pixel-perfect masterpiece.

Join Ms. Megan for Storytime in the Park this summer!  Held in the gazebo at Veteran's Park next to the Library. This program will be cancelled if inclement weather.
